Men’s Mission
This mission follows in the tradition of Methodist Men to form a fellowship to support each other and our families through Bible study and related material.
Our present meetings are scheduled for Saturday mornings at 8:00AM with the second and fourth Saturday meetings include a specially prepared breakfast and the other Saturday’s coffee and whatever will be available.
The whole idea is to give men a chance to meet with God’s word as the basis for our discussion. Wherever this takes the discussion, God is with us and we have had a very interesting discussion.
We have been searching for a suitable time when more of the men would be able to attend these gatherings. Many of our men have younger families and spend their time with them which is encouraging. Therefore, we have instituted Friday night gatherings with different themes and food and this has brought more families out.
The Men’s Mission will continue to bring the men of our congregation together to serve others.
