DESCRIPTION:This will be a fun community time to gather\, appreciate our an
imal family members\, and share the joy of creation. October 4 is the feas
t day of St. Francis of Assisi\, whose “Prayer for All Created Things”
from the 12th century\nwill be shared.\n\nWhile our focus is on our anima
ls this day\, we also want to care for those who care for our animals. Don
ations will be gathered to benefit Woodbury’s Animal Control department.
The people who do this vital work appreciate having more resources to pro
vide veterinary care\, food\, and other necessities. The entire amount don
ated will be given to Woodbury Animal Control.\n\n\nLight refreshments\, f
or humans and canines alike\, will be served in the church yard facing Nor
th Main Street from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Participants are asked to ensure all pe
ts are leashed or restrained to ensure safety for all.\n
