Our traditional service of carols and candlelight included music by the Bell and Chancel Choirs; instrumental accompaniment by trumpet, saxophone and cello; the solo “O Holy Night;” and a special story for the children. The Shay families lite the Christ Candle. The sermon, “For Those Who Say ‘Yes!" is a story of redemption at Christmas based on Isaiah 9:2, 6-7, St. Luke 2:1-20 and John 1:1-5, 10-14.
